Forward momentum

To get started I create my action plans so they begin with the easiest tasks. Using this strategy, allows me to start any project with ease. Once I quickly complete that task, I can move effortlessly onto the next, gaining forward momentum.

I know the impact my beliefs have on not only how I feel, but also how I behave. I recognize that believing something about a situation determines how events progress. What I think and feel about another person affects how I relate to that person. The same is true with my beliefs about myself. Those thoughts determine how I perform.
